• Order Cancellation

• 30-Day Return
  You have the option to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is intact and undamaged.
  
  Please note:

  • Not applicable to corporate purchases or wholesale orders (over 10 products).
  • Returns of discounted products will only be refunded for the discounted value.
  • For non-quality related returns, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • For non-quality related returns, BLUEO only refunds the cost of the product.
  • Returns must include all products for which a refund is requested.
  • Items must include original packaging and all accessories.
• Return or Replacement Period
  For products purchased through official channels, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return or replacement. Returns/replacements are not possible after 30 days.
  
  For quality issues: within 30 days you can get a full refund or free replacement. After 30 days, but within the warranty period, you can request warranty assistance.

  2. Provide valid proof of purchase (order number).
  3. We will respond within 24 business hours.
• Shipping Costs for Return/Replacement
  If the return/replacement is due to a quality defect, BLUEO will cover all shipping costs.
  
  In case of a return not due to quality issues, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

• Refund
  Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after the process is initiated. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete.

• Price Protection
  BLUEO may change prices on the blueo.it website at any time. However, we offer a 14-day price guarantee.
  
  If the price decreases within 14 days of your purchase, you can request a refund of the difference.
