  • We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:
    Standard Processing Times
    2–3 business days from the moment the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
    Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
    Orders placed during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
    Customized or made-to-measure items may require additional processing time.
  • You have the option to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is intact.

    Please note:

    • This does not apply to business purchases or bulk orders, generally defined as orders consisting of more than 10 products.
    • Returns of discounted products will only be refunded for the discounted value.
    • For non-quality related returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
    • For non-quality related returns, BLUEO only refunds the cost of the product.
    • Returns for a refund must include all products for which the buyer requests a refund.
    • Returned items must include the original packaging and all accessories initially sent.

  • I ordered multiple items. Will they be shipped at the same time?

    We work to ensure all your items arrive at you simultaneously. However, sometimes, depending on the product, we may use different shipping methods, so items are not always sent together. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.

    Can I change my shipping address after the package has been shipped?

    We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. If you notice an error in the address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update it before shipping. Note: If a customer cancels an order more than 24 hours after purchase, they will be responsible for any return costs. If a package is lost or cannot be retrieved due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the responsibility will lie with the customer.

    What should I do if I receive a different product than what I ordered?
